HOW CAN i HIRE FOX VALLEY FIRE ARTS?

Our inquiry form will give us most of the information we need to begin drafting proposals. It will also help organizers think of relevant details and introduce some of the terms we use to describe our services.

After the form is submitted it will be received by Ryan Ducham. He can be reached via phone, email or by scheduling a meeting if you have any questions.

WHAT CAN YOU DO DURING THE DAY?

All of our fire and LED props have beautiful daytime counterparts. In addition to these variants, see our stand-alone variety services like balloon animals, stilt walkers and aerialists.

WHAT DOES FIRE PERFORMANCE LOOK LIKE?

If a picture says a thousand words, a video says… a lot. Check out our most recent promo footage below!

CAN I HAVE FIRE ARTS AT MY EVENT?

Each performer carries an individual insurance policy and our performances adhere to NFPA160: Open-Flame-Effects in Front of an Audience.
Indoors and outdoors, we acquire the permitting / permission and submit all paperwork regarding fire displays before moving forward.
Some indoors or public events require special permitting, and some do not. All associated fees will be made clear before contract signing.

hOW DOES WEATHER AFFECT PERFORMANCE?

In above average heat or cold, performances will be shorter and longer breaks may be necessary. When inclement weather is an issue, we consider alternate (usually indoor) entertainment options with clients.

Cold and/or wet weather can compromise LED props, while high wind speeds have more impact on fire breathing and eating. A light drizzle won’t stop the show, but heavy rain and/or snow can. Cancellation policies will be made clear in the contract.
